"Staff very friendly, helpful etc even though I believe the hotel was full so very busy. Service slightly extended because of this but quite understandable. Enjoyed the use of the indoor pool which was quiet. Food in the restaurant better than the pub menu, had delicious pork chop. Plenty of car parking and two electric chargers which was useful for our needs. Our grandson aged 7 loved it and said he felt really happy in this hotel, so, basically thats all that matters to us. "
