"Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. "5 weeks in Thailand in various islands and this was by far my favourite resort in terms of room comfort, beach and swimming, tons of beach chairs and a wonderful pool - we loved how close everything was at the resort to access. The onsite restaurant and coffee/dessert cafe was excellent with great choices. walking to the main road to access other restaurants took only about 5 minutes + a 7/11 was just up the main road as well. The breakfast at Long beach chalet was OUTSTANDING. By far the best of any we’d had over our 5-week trip in Thailand. Stay here - you will not be disappointed."
