Henkilökunta oli aivan mahtavaa! Olen matkustanut paljon, ulkomailla sekä isoissa kaupungeissa Suomessa.. Mutta henkilökunta täällä, erityisesti ravintolassa, yllätti positiivisesti.. Palvelu oli ystävällistä mutta myös hyvin myyvää, joista myyntialalla (isossa pankissa työskennellessä) oleva tykkää kun myyminen ja suostuttelu on ammattitaitoista, tehokasta, mutta lainkaan liian päällekäyvää.. iltavuoron esihenkilö oli aivan mahtava, samoin muut henkilöt.. En miuten asiasta mainitsisi, mutta harvoin yllättyy näin positoovisesti palvelusta, että asiasta on pakko mainita. 💪👍

Huone todella kuuma, säädöt ei toiminut, asiasta sanottua, säätivät, mutta oli edelleen lämmin. Ei suihkuverhoa, kaikki vähän repsotti, lakana liian pieni, ei pysynyt kunnolla sängyssä, kylpytakki reikäinen. Henkilökunta todella hiljaisia/töykeitä. Aamupala surkea.

Hyvä hinta/laatusuhde, mukana matkustava koira oli huomioitu majoituksessa sekä myös pienellä herkkuyllätyksellä. Huoneen lattiassa oli jotain "limettiä" edellisten asukkaiden jäljiltä, sukat tarttui kiinni. Baarikaappi piti kauheaa ääntä, otimme töpselin yöksi pois, koska muuten ei olisi voinut nukkua. Kylpylässä liian kylmä ja muutoinkin tilana erittäin vanhentunut, vaatisi jo uudistusta. Muutoinkin tilat vanhentuneet kauttaaltaan, koko hotellissa, ei tätä päivää. Hintaansa nähden liian kallis yöpyminen.
