The staff are lovely and upgraded us to a larger room. The room was spacious and clean, though the bed was pretty firm. The buffet at each meal was good. I didn't realize smoking would be allowed in the hallways and elevators. The constant smell was pretty terrible.

The service quality and staff are very good. We were picked up in a luxury van from the airport. That was excellent. The rooms themselves are very nice and the breakfast and dinners were also excellent. The main issue is that the town itself really does not have a lot of redeeming qualities. To walk around is not really enjoyable. A lot of the Chinese development has left the area as a bit of a waste land. The major problem with the hotel itself was the fact that we could hear the base music from the KTV until 4 AM in the morning, which made sleeping very difficult. If we had to do it over again, we would’ve went straight from the airport to the ferry docks to get to the islands sooner. Nice hotel and staff but a crummy town. Nothing redeeming. Love Cambodia, but not this place.

This Malaysian owned property is 5 stars all the way, from check-in hospitality, politeness and accomodation of staff, and amenities. My personal shoutout to the manager of customer experience Mr. Ladang...he was accessible via whatsapp, accomodated my extended family of 11 people, and helped arrange for a personal tour of Sihanoukville (riding with us) and shuttle transport to our overnight bus. His personal touch was similar to a personal concierge, valet, or butler service at top worldwide properties. I would stay here in a heartbeat. Some personal favorites were the modern room amenities, infinity pool on the 17th floor, massage sessions, amazing malay food, sumptuous breakfast buffet, and fun casino. Our experience was unparalleled and we cant say enough good things about the Won Majeatic experience.

Großes, neues Casino Hotel mitten in Sihanoukville mit schönem Design mit 170 Zimmern. Sokha Beach ist in Gehweite, aber der gehört zum gleichnamigen Hotel . Zimmer sind groß und modern eingerichtet. Wasser wird täglich nachgefüllt. Schöner Infinity -Pool im 18. Stock, aber keine Liegeplätze in der Sonne. Gutes Fitnessstudio. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen asiatischen Gerichten und wenig Obst. Cappuccino und Espresso kosten extra. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gut organisiert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Hilfe und den Einsatz von Kim Ladang, der uns freundlich, kompetent und professionell bei der Organisation aller unserer weiteren Transfers (Fähre, Taxi zum Pier, Weiterfahrt nach Phnon Pen) und sogar bei einem kleinen medizinischen Notfall schnell und zuverlässig weiter geholfen hat. So geht Premium Kundenservice! Nochmals vielen, vielen Dank

Kinesiskt hotell. Matsalen var hemsk med 100 watts lampor, som en skolmatsal. Beställde varsitt glas vin som kom bör vi redan ätit upp, och innehöll 1 dl max! Receptionen och mottagandet var dock jättebra och fina rum . Men matsalen och baren en katastrof !
