"I arrived at 8:30pm with my elderly parents after a long travel only to find that the hotel denied any booking, they admitted fault but did not have any rooms. The manager tried to blame Expedia and did offer other hotels which I had to book. At 9:30pm we ended up in an average hotel and had to chance ..."
