Beautiful family home with pool between Eymet and Bergerac near Bridoire

The house has 3 bedrooms
 a very spacious ground floor with private bathroom spa bath, shower, 2 sinks, separate toilet.
2 double bedrooms upstairs with a shower room, washbasin, wc.

The entrance and the kitchen are large and bright. The kitchen is very well equipped and friendly.
The place is quiet and peaceful, ideal for rest with family or friends. You can access the private pool directly from the terrace of the house which has a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

The house is 180m² with a living room adjoining the kitchen where it is possible to eat 8 people.
There is also on the ground floor a laundry room with washing machine dryer, sink and everything for ironing. Sheets, towels and linens are provided.
On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms with shower and toilet.
The garden is large with swings and ping pong table.
From there you can go for walks in the countryside and go to the Château de Bridoire on foot for example.
The village of Sigoulès with all shops is 2 kms only.
Bergerac and Eymet are only 10 minutes by car with many activities in summer.
Saint Emilion and Sarlat are about an hour and Bordeaux at 1:30.
We are 15 minutes from Bergerac airport.
