A lot of character and charm await you, lovers of authenticity and tranquility, in this restored old house located in the heart of the Ardennes forest.



This pleasant, fully equipped holiday home offers you an exceptional view of the Signy l'Abbaye forest. The building, with an area of 400 m², features spacious and bright rooms, a 100 m² dining room, and a 60 m² lounge/bar. It is ideal for family gatherings (reunions, weddings, birthdays, communions, etc.) or get-togethers with friends (bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc.).



The house offers you:

- a 50 m² veranda

- a large 100 m² dining room

- a 60 m² lounge-bar

- a 25 m² kitchen

- 5 toilets

The relaxation area includes a large covered and heated swimming pool (4 m x 9 m) and a jacuzzi for 6 people.
