The property is in a great location and it has its own dock which is great, for coming from the airport or walking around town. I will say the breakfast was subpar compared to other places we stayed in Italy and our room had a really bad smell to it, and was really small. I had to prop open the bathroom door daily and keep the doors open to the balcony when we were in the room. It had a screen which was unfortunately shredded. luckily we didn't get mosquitos.

Clean room and super friendly staff

The hotel was excellent, clean and very courteous staff. The breakfast was delicious.

Had a great 4 night stay here shortly before Christmas. Hotel is in a great location for accessing all the tourist hotspots, but set in a quiet street just off the beaten track. All aspects of the hotel were excellent. Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean throughout, room spacious, breakfast plentiful and all staff from reception to porters to waitresses all friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of a trip to Venice.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palazzetto Madonna. The hotel was easy to find and perfectly located, making it very convenient to get around Venice. The room was tidy, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Hotel Palazzetto Madonna to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Venice.
