The view is spectacular. The venue has an amazing family feel to it, a bit of a climb from Sighnaghi town, but well worth it. Definitely heading back there in a couple of years.

A lovely small property run by Keti. She looked after me impeccably. The place is basic and the price refects that. But it comfortable and clean with views to die for. A wonderful individual breakfast prepared for you at your desired time. Would recommend it and would 100% stay again.

The best place to see sighnaghi view

The view at this hotel is the best. Very kind staffs and tasty food. I recommand this place if you want to stay at Sighnaghi.

11月上旬に利用しました。部屋は清潔で、何よりスタッフさんがとても親切でした。 朝ごはんを食べたい時間を伝えたら用意してくださったので、トビリシ行きのバスに乗る前においしい朝食を摂ることができました！ カフェからの見張らしも最高。 時間ごとに雰囲気の変わる山脈やシグナギの丘を見渡せるのはとても気持ち良かったです。 滞在中は静かな環境でゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

　コーカサス山脈を背景に天空のシグナギの街並み（やや誇張）を眺望できる絶好の場所にある。 　建物や設備は少しくたびれているけれど、主人の細やかな気遣いは何物にも変えがたい特典だと思う。 　２泊の予約をさらに２泊延泊して周辺の修道院などを隈無く見て回った。 　朝食は健康的な食材を使って個別に提供される。また、昼夕食も家庭的な心のこもった食事で自宅のようにくつろげた。

Alors que notre réservation avait été acceptée, l'hôtel était fermé à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire a accepté de nous ouvrir lorsque nous l'avons appelé, mais l'établissement n'était pas chauffé. Le radiateur mis à disposition n'a pas permis de réchauffer la chambre et nous avons dû dormir habillés. La température à l'intérieur était frigorifique. La salle de bain était encore plus froide et de facto totalement inutilisable.

service is very bad

We need to take mini bus at 9 am , so we asked the staff to prepare the breakfast for us at 8:00am, but eventually we have our breakfast at 8:35!!! Actually, she prepared the breakfast before 8:15, but is prepare for another guest(not in a hurry), we told her we need the breakfast, but she still don't want to help us!!!

Tremendous care

Actually, when we arrived at this location, the lady there told us she was all booked up. She felt really bad and apologized several times. The impressive thing to me is that she already made reservations for us to stay somewhere else in the same town and everything was taken care of. She continued to apologize and we were just so thankful for her care, concern, and for taking care of us.
