Stylish Retreat on Private Crescent Beach

Brand new pool !

Our place on the #1 Siesta Key beach is near Siesta Key village, quiet turtle beach, downtown Sarasota, Lido Key, St Armand s circle and LongBoat Key. You’ll love our place because of the location, and the ambiance. The best feature - few steps to private Crescent beach (no hike across busy streets to get to the beautiful crystal sands!)
The building is on a quiet street with no through traffic making it a pleasure to roam safely.

Our unit was not at all damaged by the 2 major hurricanes in 2024. Renovations to other units are wrapping up.

Great vacation

The owner had everything we needed in the condo. She was very nice and was a great communicator. Everything was exactly as advertised and was super clean. The beach was just a short walk away. I would absolutely stay here again.

A tranquil and serene condo. Kim communicated so well before and during our stay. The place was clean and modern and all great little touches that helped us enjoy our time even more. Great Stay in Siesta Key

First trip for my family to Siesta Key. Great location and private beach access which was awesome for our kids. Short drive to many Siesta Key restaurants/shops as well. Kim is one of the best hosts we have ever met in terms of communication. Easy check in/check out and Kim helped us feel very welcome in the property and around the surrounding Siesta Key/Sarasota area. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo! Close to beach.

Condo is very clean and comfortable with an updated beach feel. The owner lives nearby and is quick to address any questions. All hotel type amenities are provided as well as all kitchen needs, cleaning supplies, games, beach supplies, and more. The beach gate is steps away to a beautiful private beach area. Last-Minute Find That Worked Out Perfectly

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a last-minute booking due to a change in plans, and we were fortunate to find it available. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the unit had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, and just the right size for our group.Communication with the host was smooth and quick. She was helpful and responsive from the start.The neighborhood was a little busy, and there was some nearby construction, but that’s expected in a beach town, especially at the start of summer and after last year’s storms. None of it took away from our experience. Overall, a great stay, and we’d definitely consider coming back.
