Loved this cute place! My daughter and I spent 7 days here! 3 minute walk to the beach and steps away from the pool! It was clean and perfect location to the beach, restaurants and activities. I will absolutely book again! Zero complaints

Lovely! I will always stay in this unit.

I had a wonderful time at this property. The place was nicely renovated and had everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The communication with the host was excellent and they were very helpful and responsive. I also appreciated the free service where they take you to the airport and back, which saved me a lot of hassle and money. Next time I visit siesta key, I would stay in this exact same unit. I've been here twice now and go with a group of tennis buddies and my unit by far was the **nicest one**. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in siesta key.

a lot of dishes many children's toys for the beach few people on the private beach there is a sunbed parking for a car near the entrance door clean backyard with pools - purity 85/100 - every morning you need to move the sunbed from the hotel to the ocean - the door code was changed two hours before your departure from the hotel (on the last day, after a morning walk, I could not enter the room because the code was changed)

The Jamaica Royale

The condo was just as described. It had everything we needed for our stay including starter supplies. The trolly service is fantastic and dropped off passengers directly in from of the complex when we picked it up. They dropped us off there again later that evening. The unit is close to the grill which we loved. The only complaint we had was that the thermostat was unable to be set any lower than 73 degrees. As Floridians, we typically lower our temp from 75 during the day to 69 at night. We found ourselves uncomfortably hot during the night so sleep was disrupted. Otherwise is a great place. Plenty of beach space in September.

Property was very far from the beach. Younger people would be fine. People with children would not like it. Middle aged folk can do it but it was tiering. We travel light so it was manageable. Parking in the area is very expensive. To have dinner we needed to leave the area or would have had to pay 37 dollars for about 1 hour just to try to eat at close by restaurants. Recommend biking or electrical bikes to avoid this extra expense. Beach was beautiful the best part of the trip it is a private beach less crowded.

We book this about 10 days prior to deciding to go to Florida to escape the cold. What a wonderful little hidden Gem. The pool was in walking distance from our back door in a perfect position where the morning sun was prime for tanning. The beach was just a couple hundred yards siesta key Village was definitely in walking distance or a short bike ride.. we were able to ride our bikes along the private beaches. We will be back!
