This Siesta Key condo is one of our largest rental units and includes stylish furnishings throughout the residence. Enjoy village views from several of the rooms including from your private balcony. Interested in cooking up a feast? The unit has top of the line beds, kitchens and baths. The spacious, state-of-the-art chef's kitchen is equipped with a full-sized stainless-steel fridge and freezer, range with gas heat, full-size dishwasher, Italian mahogany-rubbed cabinetry and beautiful quartz countertops. Bar stool seating or the full-sized dining table offer a relaxing space to savor a home-cooked meal prepared by you or our unique chef-in-residence service.

The property also features a plush living room with a flat screen TV and a full cable lineup. Pipe your favorite music throughout your condo using the premium Bose sound system. The guest and master bedrooms each offer a plush king-sized Hyatt Grand Bed with imported linens and modern wood-frame furniture. Beautiful 3 bedroom unit which was great for traveling with kids.

Pool and beach right downstairs no need to schlep anything. One of the bedrooms has no windows so it was perfect black out for my toddler. The kitchen is state of the art and easy if you want to get groceries delivered. Great breakfast downstairs included and gym. Overall very easy stay 30 min from Sarasota airport. Thanks!!

The location was within walking of restaurants,7-11store,market,ice cream shop and shopping.Staff was helpful and friendly.Daily continental breakfast was so convenient and good variety.Beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels were so nice to have set up every day.The beach was wonderful.Can’t wait to stay here again.

Very impressed with accommodations and amenities

Fantastic property and lodging. We brought our two teenagers (13 & 15) and a friend of our oldest. They were very impressed with the room, facilities and services. The location was convenient and private. Customer service is top notch, everything was immaculate, plenty to keep the group relaxed and engaged. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Week in Siesta Key

The condo was immaculate and you can't beat the location right on Crescent. The tiki bar was great for grabbing a drink and lunch....shout out to Shelly. Another shout out to Patrick on the beach. The only disappointment was the view. Expectation was of a direct ocean view. Sadly our unit was on the back of the building with an around the side view from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!! Loved it here!

We absolutely loved it! We stayed here for a long weekend for a girls trip and had a fantastic time. The residence was amazing - so much room, so nicely appointed, and very clean. The beach is fantastic with plenty of umbrellas and chairs. The Tiki Hut is a short walk from the beach beside the pool and has the friendliest staff and amazing from scratch drinks. The pool is a little small but was very nice and never crowded. Continental breakfast was included which we were not aware of when we booked it so that was an added benefit. It is a short walk to some restaurants/bars/shops and also the free shuttle stop that takes you to Siesta Key Village. On our day of check out, our flight wasn't until later but they allow you to still use all the facilities and shower afterward in their beautiful locker rooms. A great place that I have already recommended to friends and will be back to.

Well maintained, beautifully appointed flat on the beach. Attentive staff and a great location on the southern end of Siesta Key beach. Old school, in a positive way, with a daily newspaper each morning at the door. Couldn't use the large screen TVs as they had three remote controls, no directions on how to use them, and couldn't figure out how it all worked. Oversold the “ocean view” a little bit as one has to stick their head out the window or lean over the patio railing to get a peak of the beach down a beach access alley. Overall, a nice place on the key.

This is the absolute best property to rent if you have kids! Everything is accessible, spacious and just overall very pleasant. We had a wonderful time! The beds were comfortable and the appliances are top of the line. We have zero complaints. If you’re looking for suggestions, a more modern TV in the living room would have been perfect. Something that allows Netflix or YouTube. Also, having more trash bags and toilet paper would have been good as well. None of That would affect my high rating just wanted to point that out.

We enjoyed the resort. Our place was dirty with an empty can on the window pane, fingerprints all over the balcony windows. So, it didn’t give us the best “feeling “ or confidence that the place was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived.
