Welcome to this newly remodeled 6 person, 2-bedroom, 2-bath ground floor unit on Bay Side with a lovely canal view! Enjoy a roomy kitchen which provides plenty of countertop and cooking space, along with all new cabinets and dining ware. Full second bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. New vinyl flooring and bright walls along with an extended living area makes this space airy and fresh. Full-size washer and dryer in unit, located in the hallway. A king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the guest bedroom with generous closet space in both rooms. Queen size sleeper/sofa also available in the living room. Wireless internet is provided along with a work station for those who would like to use your laptop while enjoying the view of the beautifully landscaped outdoors. The unit has a new 55-inch flat screen TV in living room and a TV in both bedrooms. Walk out your back door to the heated pool and boat docks! Only about a 5 minute (350yd) walk to your private area of the beautiful white sands of award-winning Crescent beach. There is complimentary use and set-up of chairs and umbrellas that are provided by a beach concierge 7 days a week! Great Family Time at Siesta Key

The location to both Captain Curt’s and the beach was perfect. My Grand kids loved the pool which was easy walking distance. It would be nice if the ground units had more of a patio area but we just sat our chairs on the mulch and grass and soaked up the beauty of the place. I also missed that there was no pier with seating area on the inter coastal side which is where we stayed. We had a fabulous time and would stay here again.

Incredible Getaway

Everything about the property was terrific. It was a very easy walk to the beach and pool. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The weather was beautiful all week and I cannot say enough about the beauty of the gulf coast here in Siesta Key. We loved having lounge chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach for us daily. The location of midnight cove is great too. You can walk to some restaurants and water activities or take the Frog Hop to the Village for shopping and dining. We jet skied, did the dolphin and donut tour and went to the drum circle on Sunday night. Really looking forward to our next trip back and would stay here again.

Including everything else, the proximity to the perfect beach was just great. Also, location at the access bridge means quick on/off the island to explore Sarasota & more.
