This 2 story (2nd/3rd level unit, enter stairs to 2nd floor main living/kitchen area)- 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit has 2 full master suites upstairs with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. Downstairs has a large and spacious fully remodeled living room, remodeled dining room, remodeled half bath and a brand new all remodeled, fully equipped eat-in kitchen! All new stainless steel appliances, all new wood laminate flooring throughout, all new furnishings and flat screen TV's in living room and both bedrooms. This unit comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 double size beds in the guest bedroom. This unit is also equipped with an updated front loading washer and dryer inside the unit. Stay connected with free wireless internet, phone and cable services.This unit in located on the Gulf Side of the property, directly on the beachfront in building 1 on the 2nd floor and is just a few steps to the pool and our private beach. While the unit had great views , we were infested with love bugs in the whole unit!!! Slow response time from mgt to rectify, spent 1.76?days killing bugs all over the unit - we had to move out. This is not what we paid for!!! We paid for beach front, clean views, and easy access to beach. That is not what we received. No support from owner!! Just mgt team at midnight cove amd we had to beg them to view our problem. They discounted it as “!oh yeah the love bugs effect everyone”! While true outside the units , these were swarming inside the unit , disgustingly in the bedroom where we are to sleep! Owner installed cheap hurricane doors and did not seal the tracking, bugs just crawled right in by the hundreds. We have video. Frankly we demand back on our rental as we were move to another u it but not what we paid for.

Dead bugs all over - the vacuum I had to use constantly to keep bugs from crawling into other rooms
More bugs in kitchen - bathroom just disgusting to pay for this.

Paradise Found

Such a beautiful condo! Modern, immaculate, and fully stocked with everything you could imagine or want. Everything was seamless from check in to check out. Loved the property, and the grounds were so lush and tropical, not to mention the breathtaking beach. Most gorgeous beach I’ve ever seen! Can’t wait to return next year and maybe even sooner if possible. Will definitely rebook this exact unit!

Great location, great condo

The location, decor, cleanliness and overall experience of this place is five stars. We loved the sliding doors that opened fully on both floors. A word of warning though of two areas: 1) there is absolutely nothing provided for you, no dish soap, detergent, coffee filters, garbage bags, exactly one towel per person, etc. And 2) the pillows are 50% awful and 50% okay and the sheets are quite worn and thin; once set even had holes. For the price paid, we expect a bit more attention to these details.

Fantastic Stay

The condo has recently been renovated. It is beautiful! Great location on Siesta Key. The staff on the property did an outstanding job of communicating everything we needed to know. Wonderful trip!
