Over 1400+ sq. ft. with tiled glassed-in lanai over looking the tropical gardens, boats and waterway. Wi-Fi for staying connected or enjoying a cozy night in., fully equipped kitchen. Only a five minute walk to our private piece of world famous Crescent Beach; well equipped with loungers and umbrellas. Nicely equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker. Living room features sofa bed, TV, VCR, DVD and CD player. Master bedroom has king bed and TV. Master bathroom offers dual sink vanity and a large walk-in shower with a view of the bay. Guest bedroom has a brand new king bed (as of May 23') and TV. Guest bathroom has tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer. Unit comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. *This unit has a 2 Week Minimum Stay!
