Enjoy the Florida lifestyle in this newly remodeled, 4th Floor, 1400 sq. ft., 2 BR/ 2 Bath condo overlooking the tranquil magnificent waters of the intracoastal waterway from the glass enclosed all-season lanai. Just a short walk to gorgeous, white-sandy, Crescent Beach where the sun, Gulf, beach chairs and umbrellas await you and your family! Major renovations completed in summer 2011 include new 20" tile in the living areas, new carpet in the bedrooms, and paneled doors. The remodeled baths feature walk-in glass-enclosed showers, cabinetry wth granitetops, and comfort height toilets. Master bath also has a deep soaking tub with a direct view of the intracoastal waterway. Living room features a 46" HDTV flat screen/DVD, leather sofa sleeper and loveseat. Complimentary WIFI is available. Both bedrooms are refurnished including a new king mattress and flat screen in the master. Guest bedroom 2 new twins and TV. Laundry room has a new HE washer and dryer. Kitchen stainless appliances. Unit sleeps 6. Unit has a boat slip for up to 26' boat.
