Brand New to Rental Program! Recently refurnished and re-decorated! Ground-level, bay front, 2BR/2BA that sleeps 6. Full Water & Bay Views! King Bed in Master, 2 Doubles in the Guest Bedroom. Large walk in Shower in Master Bath with dual-sink counter top. Walk-in shower in Guest Bathroom in the hallway. Glass and Screened Lanai perfect for relaxing and watching the birds and boats go by! Nice, spacious, bright and cheery open-plan living and dining area and very roomy fully furnished kitchen! There is a washer and dryer right inside the condo in a utility room across from the guest bathroom. Phone, cable and wi-fi is included. There is a bbq/grilling area with picnic tables near this building and a peaceful little sitting area directly on the bay! 2 Pools and 2 private tennis courts on property as well. And you can walk just about 5 minutes to our private piece of award-winning white-sand Crescent Beach where there is complimentary set-up and use of the property's beach chairs and umbrellas.
