Lovely First Floor Condo.....Almost Five Stars!!
Overall high marks for this beautiful 1st floor condo!! Living room & dining room furnishings were very comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of pots & pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The master bedroom was very spacious & comfortable, and the master bath is great with a HUGE walk-in shower. My only complaints were the guest room twin beds, which might have been fine for kids, but I was the one sleeping in there, and the beds (I tried both) were very uncomfortable.....I ended up sleeping on the couch for half of the week.....so that should tell you something! We also had problems with the washing machine leaking, and though the office sent someone from maintenance twice to "fix" the problem, it still persisted, and we had to put towels on the floor to mop up the excess water. Other than the guest room beds, and washer problems, we loved this condo! The location is great, the view of the intracoastal is good, and the first floor access was very convenient. My family has been coming to Midnight Cove for over 20 years, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Having beach chairs & umbrellas available, free of charge, is a bonus you don't see at most other Siesta Key condos.....and Ian, the beach attendant will be happy to help you find chairs and set up an umbrella for you! If the owner of this condo ever updates the guest bedroom (double beds would be even better!!}, we would definitely rent this unit again.
