This newly renovated state of the art Villa boasts a newly remodeled and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops; new recessed lights, tile flooring and stainless steel appliances. King in Master bedroom and 2 Queens in guest bedroom, this unit can occupy up to 6 persons. For your added pleasure and convenience a new outdoor hot/cold rinse off shower is located in the rear of the villa. There are 3 Televisions, A 60" SMART TV in the living room, 32" TVs in the bedrooms. A screened lanai is equipped with a table and chairs for morning coffee or lunch; this unit has all the comforts of home and more. It is completely renovated and professionally decorated.
Enjoy a day at the beach, all lounge and high back chairs are complimentary, relax at our large pool, play a game of pool or ping pong in the recreation room or catch up on a book or daily paper in the air-conditioned club room. Located on the complimentary trolley route with a stop right outside our entrance, you can easily take a ride to the main village of Siesta Key or head south to Turtle Beach.
