Need To Know: There is a 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Reservation must follow under the accordance of the Sarasota County code regulations. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone.
