  • Private Beach, Clear Water, and Quartz Sand on the #1 Beach. Relax on our private beach while enjoying coffee on the lanai from this open floorplan 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully updated villa. Whether you enjoy beach time or pool time, we have the amenities for you. Plenty of beach space with chairs already on the beach for guest use. A heated pool is steps away. Do not worry about beach equipment as we have all this waiting for you. From beach towels, sand toys, umbrellas, and chairs, to an outdoor canopy, beach bag, and beach cooler. Improve your nightly sleeping in our Tempur-Pedic king size bed or our Tempur-Pedic queen- sized sleeper. Prepare for a great night sleep. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to enjoy conveniences from home, or you can use our outdoor grill and cook your freshly caught fish! In the winter, enjoy sitting by our electric fireplace or watch TV on one of our two large smart TV's. Linens and towels are provided! Our unit is an 80-second walk to the #1 beach in the Country in 2026 and the 4th best beach in the world!!!!!!
