This unit has 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. Walk in the front door and to the left is the dining area, table and 6 chairs. This flows into the living room that has a sofa sleeper, then out to the enclosed lanai that is completed with the amazing view of the waterway.
The sliders on the lanai open to the screens for fresh air and seamless indoor/outdoor living. Unit has laminate flooring throughout.
Nice updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets for storage, a Keurig and updated lighting.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a ceiling fan. The master bath has a single sink and a large walk-in shower. The shower has about a 5" step to get into the shower.
The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full-size bed on the bottom and an additional twin trundle bed underneath. It also a great view of the water. Guest bath has walk-in shower and updated fixtures throughout.
The unit is right by the pathway to the new fishing pier. Surrounded by gardens, you will surely not miss out on any Florida beauty in this unit. This unit has an in-unit washer and dryer. It also requires a set of exterior stairs to access the unit.
