  • 2 BR - 2 BA - 6 Person Max - Small Garden - Greenbelt View - Second Floor Unit. This property is a 30 night minimum. 1156 is a small garden unit, located on the Gulf-side of Midnight Pass Road There are stairs to access the condo, which is on the second floor. Parking is included. This is a new condo on the Rental Program. It was completely renovated in 2023. Both bedrooms have a Queen size bed with wall mounted TVs for your entertainment. Both bathrooms have been renovated and has a walk-in shower with Happy Floor tiles with Front-gate bath towels and Front-gate beach towels. There is an added bar on the lanai area and has been incorporated with the living room. Pottery Barn queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. All other furniture is high-end from Arhaus. The condo also has a Reverse Osmosis water tap. No pets allowed. Approx. 1100 Sq. Ft. (1200 including the lanai). Other items included: -Yeti Cooler (large) - Additional backpack cooler - Beach cart - 2 Fishing poles (net, tackle-box) - Beach games: Spike-ball & Pro Kadima paddle set (4 paddles)
