Very open and airy. This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom unit, located in the Gulf-side High-rise on the 2nd floor. The kitchen offers an open concept kitchen, including breakfast bar. Comfortably sleeps 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. The serene views of the Peppertree pond from the lanai, combined with the fresh earth toned decor of the condo, providing the ultimate relaxation oasis. The master bathroom has a shower with built in shower seat and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. This unit has access to a private garage. No elevators but with stairs access. Internet access, beach access, tennis court, fitness center, sauna and access to two heated swimming pools included. No pets are permitted on the property.
