Unit G-24 is a beach style condo on the second floor Grand Tower with a private beach access. Take an elevator or stairs down to the ground level, step outside of the building and you are 40 steps away from the beautiful white sand beach. This beautiful beach is constantly rated as a top beach in the US. Walk or run in the morning and enjoy sunrise, relax, swim and catch some sun during the day and enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the evening.
Unit has two queen beds in the bedroom to accommodate 4 people comfortably. If needed sleeper sofa in the living room can be utilized for someone to sleep separately. Vegetation height is not allowing for a full possible view from the unit towards the beach but favorable price compensates that fact. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed to cook. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric range are in the unit. There is a washer and dryer on the floor just outside of the unit in the utility room.
Palm Bay Club is a gulf to bay resort on Siesta Key Island and it has everything you will need to spend a great vacation. Resort has all of the amenities: two heated swimming pools and outdoor spa overlooking the bay. Two tennis courts are located beside the swimming pool . Bay side of the resort has a fishing dock. There are community grills located throughout the resort.
3 night minimum stay is required as per the association.

This was the perfect location in siesta key. We were right on the beach and enjoyed walking on the shore each day. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the grounds were clean. We are coming back next year and we’ve booked a 2-bedroom place so that we can bring family and friends.

Excellent location right on the beach! Quiet and relaxing. The property provides beach loungers and you can bring your own umbrella or rent one for the day or your stay. Our unit was on the 2nd floor and liked that there were 2 Queen Beds in the one bedroom. Furnishings were a little worn around the edges, but was comfortable and had all we needed for cooking and even a cooler for the beach,

Check in was effortless, location is amazing, condo is clean and has everything you need. The owner is amazing! Had an issue with the AC unit and he immediately began procedures to get it fixed and make us comfortable until it was. Owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and that we want to return again! Which we will!

Dream location

Wonderful stay! Was welcomed by head of security at the Palm Bay resort who helped us with initial resort tips. We truly appreciated everyone’s friendliness and positive spirit attitude. Pool we used daily and loved every minute of it. We even played tennis. The tower location is exceptional due to closeness to the beach; the condo unit had comfortable layout, and we slept soundly. The value we paid for what we got was fair. We will love to stay here again.

Location was perfect! Right on the beach. Siesta key village was about a 5 min drive. Communication was top notch. The ac stopped working but he came out to help fix it, unfortunately it wasn’t fixed but he had a portable unit to use. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!!

AMAZING BEACH!!

Gorgeous & very deep beach access, clean & well-maintained property. Close to many great dining options from breakfast to late-night dinner, as well as kayak tours, bike rentals, etc. Shelling was amazing, to me. The unit itself was nicely decorated & equipped with most of what we needed, even though it is an older property. (I'm used to hotels that provide Kleenex & hair dryers.) There were plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels to use, and beach chairs in the closet, which we didn't use. The washer/dryer were directly across from our unit & easy enough to download the app to use. The tower was minimally occupied in the 2nd week of December, so parking was convenient. The hot tub was awesome, as was one of the heated swimming pools right beside it. The weather was rather windy & chilly during our stay, so we chose to drive to the hot tub each night. It is located across the street from the tower where we stayed & would have been a miserable walk back in the cold wind while wet, a minor inconvenience. Our host was very responsive. We arrived early & he opened the unit remotely so we could go in. (Thank you for that!) All in all, I would choose to stay again. Being able to walk out of the tower onto powdery white sand was the best!! A great first visit to Siesta Key!
