"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"Mega niewygodne łóżko (lekko pochylone - albo tak wygnieciony materac) - wrażenie jak by się człowiek miał zsunąć z niego. Mało komfortowe uczucie - przez całą noc. Ściany chyba z papieru słychać wszystko z pokoju obok. Coś takiego jak internet bezprzewodowy nie istnieje. Poza tym poprawnie. Raczej już nie skorzystam."

"Great accommodation. Easy drive to Warsaw old town. Near to some touristy locations. An over would have been great but room facilities were great and having a full sized fridge was a bonus. "

"Shower had was broken,phone in room dont work.i call recaption from my phone,they answer the phone and didnt talk....staff unfriendly,rude.breakfast from 7 till 9.we came at 08:50.dining room was empty ! They took everything !!! Nuthing was there ,when we ask why ? They smile..."
