Good luck to take a shower. It's inside bathtub and not stationary. Air-conditioning is not available.

Gentile Cliente, abbiamo già risposto alla sua prima recensione. Come le abbiamo già spiegato è il caldo che è eccezionale per la fine di ottobre. Non possiamo mantenere l'aria condizionata accessa anche in questo periodo e comunque la temperatura non ha mai superato i 24 gradi. Il resto dei suoi commenti sono fuori luogo. Ci ha scritto che il personale è stato poco cortese solo perchè non ha trovato subito la sua prenotazione. Abbiamo compreso che è rimasta delusa da ciò che offre Chianciano ma non può incolpare l'hotel se non ha trovato ristotanti disponibili.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially when you wanted to check out some wineries and even recommended an authentic restaurant in which we went twice during our stay.

Very pleasant hotel
The room is large, spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is varied but there are no vegetables.

So sad to see .
The area let down the hotel. Once the area was the place to be seen with the stars. Now I am sorry to say most hotels are closed and just shells. The tourists train drive around the town is so sad reflecting on the area in days gone by .

Good hotel located in main part of the town.
Good hotel with friendly staff, great breakfast. In the hotel two swimming pools,sauna also massage relaxing therapy and spa is located beside swimming pool.

Great place for a spontaneous stay
We didn't plan to stay overnight but found this hotel spur of the moment and the price was great, the room was comfortable and the breakfast plentiful.

20' minutes walk to main attractions. Great breakfast buffet, ample parking and an amazing view of Sienna from the terrace

Needs some more improvements
there is only one AC in living room and no AC in bed room. The room key was broken and the room did not lock properly... Last thing was it was noisy till late at night with music on GF.

we stayed here 2 nights .. there was a party of 7 of us in 3 rooms. when we checked in we had no towels. we asked on 3 separate occasions for towels before we eventually got them from reception. internet wifi was poor. hairs in rooms would suggest the bathroom was not cleaned.

Resort style hotel. Excellent facilities.
A beautiful location in Chianciano Terme. Visit the historic hilltop town for spectacular views of Tuscany. Resort provided entertainment and tastings of local cheeses, olive oil and wines. Very large restaurant, ample breakfasts. Only one concern, the outdoor pool was quite chilly. Why not utilise solar heating from the Tuscan Sun? Great town.

Good beds and excellent breakfast buffet. No a/c in May and the hotel does not live up to the photos and is more dated than the photos suggest. Service was a bit too surly as well at Front Desk.

Good hotel for price
By no means a real 4 star hotel, but for the inexpensive price it is a very good choice. The rooms are bright, clean, with good bathrooms and beds, the breakfast is above average, wifi free in room, and a convenient location to explore Tuscany. The hotel is a bit dated and fairly basic with amenities but again, you can't go wrong overall for the price.

Best Western - Chianciano Terme
Most appreciated - free soft drinks in the mini bar and free tea and coffee on request. Least appreciated - hiring of bathrobe/ slippers for the spa was compulsory with an extra daily charge to use the indoor pool. Hotel was as good as I expected from a Best Western, staff helpful and room warm and comfortable.
