My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place for 9 days. This was our 5th visit to Cambodia and it was definitely the best, due to this resort. The staff is excellent, the food is amazing, and the resort is the best you will find in Siem Reap (Take it from experience - I have stayed at 4 other resorts in this town). Here are three main reasons I feel this resort is superior to all the others: 1. The management is very active here. Most resorts you have no idea who is running anything or where to find them. At Waka Villa, Masao Okabe is the managing director of this resort and takes the time to sit and talk with you. He truly cares about your experience at this resort and what he can do to make it better. I've never experienced anything like this before - it was amazing! 2. All of the staff at this resort were fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. In particular, we had a great experience with Mr. Sum Seam. He knows Siem Reap very well and provided a great experience for us. Everything from transportation, restaurants, and visiting temples was scheduled by him. 3. The food and amenities were exceptional! Unlike other hotels and resorts, Everything is based around your schedule at Waka Villa. Instead of being rushed into a buffet-style breakfast during a certain time (ex. 6am-11am), at Waka Villa they serve breakfast all day long - you get to pick when you show up. The food is prepared by an excellent chef and is fantastic!

Their staffs are friendly and honest, I left USD 170 in cash in the clothes for FREE laundry. They returned the money to me totally! Their service is excellent, they serve the breakfast to the room any time you prefer from the morning to 5:00 pm! I am sure to come back again!

This is a beautiful villa. It has individual suites with their own private pool. Our suite was in great condition, very clean and meticulously decorated. No detail was overlooked. Free mini bar and a fruit bowl were there when we arrived. Breakfast is provided and you can also eat lunch a dinner on site if you want. All of our meals were very good. You can eat in the restaurant or have room service bring it to you. Beer, wine and cocktails are also available in the restaurant area anytime. The overall design of the common areas has a lush tropical feel. As great as the facilities were here, that’s not the highlight. The staff is AMAZING! My words here won’t do justice to this great group of men and women. Every encounter with one of them was a positive one. They were always there for everything from room service to planning and arranging excursions.

素晴らしいホテル、その一言に尽きます。 シェムリアップで500軒超あるというホテルから、事前にかなり調べて、ここと同クラスの3つに絞り込み、その上で食事などの評価が高かったためここに決めました。 結果、大正解だったと感じています。 実際の設備や建物、スタッフ皆様のサービスはもちろんのこと、コンセプトや在り方が本当に素敵なホテルでした。 単なるホテルではなく、ファミリーとして迎えてくれていることがあらゆる面から感じられ、3泊の宿泊の間、本当に気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 隅から隅まで丁寧で快適に整えられた設備、 チャットでの迅速で丁寧なサポート、 スタッフ皆様の柔らかな笑顔と心に沁みる優しさ、 そしてバリエーション豊かで素晴らしく美味しい食事の数々、 全てが私たちの滞在にとって無くてはならないものでした。 予約確定直後からメールやWhatsAppで連絡をいただき、設備やプラン内容等について細かく確認できて大変安心感がありました。 それに加え、チェックインしてからも、ランドリーの無料サービスがあったり、スパやレストランを迅速でスムーズに予約代行していただいたり、部屋に1枚無料サービスの地元SIMカードを提供いただいたりと、あらゆる快適に過ごすための工夫が凝らされていたと感じます。 部屋についても、 ・美しいインテリア、上品で清潔な家具類 ・穏やかで自然な間接照明と細かく調整できる電気スイッチ ・シャワーブースの使い勝手の良い設備（レインシャワーがあるのは嬉しかった） ・TOTOのウォシュレット付きトイレ（ペーパーも流せ、日本のトイレとなんら遜色なし） ・巨大で快適なベッド ・質の高い金庫 ・ウォーターサーバー ・清潔でゴミ1つない快適なプール ……など、挙げればキリがないほどの上質な設備の数々で、終始ストレスフリーに過ごすことができたと思います。 隅々まで洗練され、よく考えられ手入れされたヴィラだったと感じています。 食事の満足度もとても高く、無料の朝食は17時までOK（！）ととても柔軟で、かつメニューも軽食から十分な量のランチとしての利用まででき、滞在中ほぼ全てのメニューをいただくほど気に入りました。 ＊立地的にややシェムリアップ中心部から離れているため、ホテルの近くにレストラン等は少ないです。 ただ、中心部のパブストリート等まで出れば無数のレストランがあります。 Grab等でトゥクトゥクを手配すれば瞬時に迎車があり、わずか6〜7分程度の距離なので、滞在中不便を感じることもありませんでした。 むしろ、その分騒音が気になることもなく快適に過ごすことができました。 いずれにせよ、こちらでの滞在は人生の素晴らしい思い出の一つとなりました。 ぜひまた伺いたいと思っていますし、こういった素晴らしいサービスを提供しているホテルがより多くの方に知れ渡って欲しいと願い、口コミを書いています。 心からお勧めいたします。
