Great location.
Easy walk to pub street or the night market.
On a main street so a bit noisy.
Main issue was no hot water.
Beds were a little hard as well.

13時に到着。チェックインの2時まで荷物を預かってもらった。チェッ クアウトは12時。4時まで荷物を預かってもらった。部屋は3階構造でとても広い。古いがベッドトイレは綺麗に管理されていて快適。レセプションの1人が英語が不可でコミュニケーション不能以外は気持ちよく過ごせた。

I stayed two there nights, but room wasn’t cleaned daily which was a little disappointing. And it was difficult to communicate because one of the receptionists was not able to understand English at all.

HUGE room. Funky room with a spiral staircase within, leading to a small room and another staircase leading to a fenced-in space on the roof. A three-story room! Also free transport from the airport is a big plus. I chose it because it's across the street from Mekong Express, so I could take the early bus.
