It’s not your typical 5 stars hotels, but for the price is doable. Closed to pub street, owner is very nice lady, khmer lady local lady. She will help you set up for any tour arrangement.

What a little gem in Siem Reap. The staff packed me my breakfast so I could eat it dawn at Angkor Wat. I also had a late flight and Sam let me stay until 1400 in my room. I will rebook when I come back with my wife.

Personnel toujours affable, soucieux de rendre service. Propreté impeccable, chambre nettoyée chaque jour. Très bien conseillé sur les visites. À son propre réseau de Tuk tuk, avons choisi l’ensemble des arrêts, leur durée, aucune pression subie. Petit déjeuner très correct. Hôtel bénéficie d’une petite salle en extérieur. Service desk is great. Hey contact you before arrival to arrange the pick up. They help you to arrange visit to Angkor, just make sure you tell which temples you want to visit because price may change. You can get a small breakfast but do not expect big portions. Overall it's ok.

Economical hotel in Siem Reap

The owners of the hotel are some of the nicest people you will meet. The rooms are large. My room had only a fan for cooling. Very economical. Essentially priced like a hostel. Nice small breakfast in the morning. The wifi was down roughly 20% of the time I was there. Not sure if this was a problem of the hotel or utility. Short walk to the Pub St activity area of town.

Nice family operation

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The guesthouse is generally well maintained and clean. The main downside for us was the bathroom that allows shower water to splash everywhere and the A/C was feeble in the March summer heat/humidity. Breakfast choice is very limited and not much of it.

Lage gut, zimmer teilweise nicht so schön...

Leider war das Zimmer nicht optimal - das fenster war nicht zu nutzen, da sich auf armlänge entfernung schon die nächste Hauswand befand. Dazu ungemütliches Neonlicht und kein warmes Wasser. Trotzdem: frühstück war gut und die Angestellten sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wäscheservice 1a und die Umgebung auch günstig.
