Beautiful large room, nice small pool. Breakfast was enough. A lot of stores nearby. We got our laundry done near by for cheap. Market and pub street is about a 10-15 min walk. Tuk tuks available outside hotel. Beds were comfy. Fridge is small but a very little qaint quiet hotel. They arranged transport for us from airport. We were very comfortable here.

Great hotel, HORRIBLE bed

Everything about this hotel was great except the bed. The bed was like sleeping on a wooden pallet, and my husband had a hard spring sticking out into his back. We like firm beds, but this was just plain hard. The staff did all they could to help and gave us several extra bed toppers, which made sleeping bearable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, the omelets were some of the best ive ever had, and the hotel grounds were beautiful! Unfortunately none of that changes how hard and uncomfortable the bed was, and thats the reason for the lower review.

I could rent a bicycle cheaply to go to Angkor historic site. It takes about 20 mins from that hotel.

Lovely hotel, great spa experience!

Cute hotel tucked away off a main street. Great pool and spa services. Pick up a coupon to use at hotel restaurant and spa. Huge rooms with separate toilet / shower which is rare in this part of the world. Only downside was most of the staff did not speak English, which made it tough to get a car to the airport or negotiate rates.

広々としたお部屋でお掃除も丁寧で快適でした。 スタッフの方々もいつもにこやかで感じがよく、親切にしていただきました。 朝食の種類も多く、とても美味しかったです。 場所はアンコールワットにもシェムリアップの繁華街にも少し遠いため、トゥクトゥクでの移動が必要になります。 空港送迎が片道無料との事でしたので予約の際にお願いしておりましたが、忘れられていたようです。空港で困っている私たちを見かねた現地の方が、ホテルまで電話をして頼んでくれました。宿泊の直前に再度確認した方がよさそうです。

Excellent service, breakfast and pool. The hotel is 20 minutes away from the city center although at walking distance.

Hotel is new and clean. Quality of staffs is very good. Food is not excellent but satisfactory. One big problem is lock of windows are poor and easily unlocked when shaking them. This means safety of rooms are not very enough.

Ordinary hotel for the price. Looking a bit tired. I was upgraded to a ground floor room with a terrace. Quiet, reasonable location, breakfast was mediocre breakfast room needs better a/c, bed mattresses hard as a rock. I hate that but many Asians like it.

Pleasant surprise. The room was very good, with a lovely garden view. Location was just 2 blocks from the river passing through Vietianne. Breakfast was excellent with a chef to custom prepare your eggs, or omelet as you choose. Overall I would recommend this hotel for the cost\benefit ratio.

10 Min Walk To Pub Street. Superb Hotel.

Damrei Residence & Spa is a calm oasis in Siem Reap. The staff at check-in are very attentive and assist with ensuring you cool down from the heat. The rooms are large with premium television channels and comfortable beds. The air-conditioning is fast and quiet. The wireless internet is perfect as well. There is a small fridge in your room to keep drinks cold. We had a balcony and it was nice to dry our swim suits after using the nice pool. There was a small outdoor gym, but we never used it. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but the highlight of this hotel is looking at the crocodile farm next door. It was so strange, yet awesome to see and peek at the crocs in their element relaxing. I loved this hotel and will stay at again.

Excellent hôtel

Hôtel exceptionnel, propreté et confort irréprochables. Ce n'est rien par rapport à l'accueil du personnel, toujours disponible et agréable sans obséquiosité. Aucun bémol au séjour. Un des rares hôtels dans lesquels on reviendrait à coup sûr. À recommander.
