I wanted to stay at a local place to get the feal of Cambodia. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a real local style to it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the owner. They helped me book tours, transportation, tee times at a golf course and a dinner show. It didn't have as many amenities as the larger resort hotels, but it was very enjoyable and a great value for the price.

The property is a nice, intimate oasis away from all the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. Within walking distance of convenience stores, restaurants and a nice grocery store. The bed is very comfortable and plush, the private balcony on each suite is nice as is the ability to have a nice bath at the end of a long day exploring ancient temples. The in house restaurant takes care to make delicious food, everything we ate was delicious. The front desk staff and manager are both very attentive and genuinely care that your stay is comfortable and your needs are met. I was unfortunate to become extremely ill on my trip and the hotel owner went out of her way to make sure I was able to get medical attention. She really cares about the well being of her guests. I am glad I chose to stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

Upon check in arrival, reception started talking about facilities and it became apparent that the advertised washer / dryer did not exist, the think washer dryer means hairdryer. During this chat, rats ran across the lobby floor towards me and we noted that the swimming pool was very dirty, more pond like. The hotel agreed to let me cancel and refund the booking, however this needed to be processed via Expedia who were a nightmare trying to get this resolved, telling me I hadn't reported the issues at check in, thankful the chat logs proved that to be wrong. Very stressful and unpleasant experience & shows that Expedia do nothing to verify hotel claims about facilities. To be fair to the receptionist at Cambana, she tried very hard to help. I don't know if we were just unlucky with rats and pool, but not having a washing machine when I specifically sought a property that had one, was so frustrating.

Fantastic Hotel!

Wow just wow !! Fantastic hotel you will not be disappointed. If your wanting a clean, friendly hotel with great staff plus a manager who can’t do enough for you look no further than this hotel. The breakfast was surperb with a great selection to choose from plus you won’t be going away feeling empty! Honestly this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for friendliness, clean and such attentive staff and I’ve stayed at quite a few but this one tops it!! The tuk tuk driver is a great guy as well very helpful and polite. I will definitely make a point of returning in the future. Thank you all at Cambana!

Friendly staff on arrival with a nice cool towel and fruit juice, which we needed after our 13hr journey. Room was spacious and clean, lovely comfy bed. Good selection for breakfast with friendly staff. Free transport to town from 4 to 8pm. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for great stay.

扉を開けると、静かで緑が多く穏やかな異空間に癒されます。 スタッフは、フレンドリーで一生懸命接してくれます。 朝ごはんは、バイキングではなく注文を聞いてくれますが、無料です。 ここのレストランは、パンが本当に美味しいです。 部屋は広く、暖かみを感じます。 残念な点は、蚊がいることと、ドライヤーが古く風量が少ないです。 クチコミで蚊のことは知っていたので、部屋にまく強力なベープを持っていき正解でした。 ドライヤーは、髪の毛がバリバリになります。 空港から無料で送迎してくれます。行きは、メールでお願いしました。帰りはチェックアウト後、スタッフがツクツクを拾ってくれました。 繁華街から少し遠いですが、とても素敵なホテルだったと思います。

Wonderful oasis to relax after some long hot trips

Had an amazing stay, all the staff were so welcoming and helpful, the room was a dream, and plenty of great choices for breakfast. We also chose to eat in the restaurant several times and all the dishes were wonderful. The pool area was such a lovely oasis, would e very happy to return here one day. Outstanding customer service.

It was a fantastic hotel with even better service and food. The menu options for breakfast and dinner were excellent, a wide range from vegetarian, asian, khmer and western. Our rooms were amazing, beautiful bath tubs, clean and plenty of closet space. We stayed 3 days and would definately go back and recommend to anyone going to Siem Reap
