Airport pick-up worked fabulously and ride was very comfortable. The property is designed in a beautiful Cambodian style. The pool is breath-taking. Food is good but pricy. Unfortunately, some of our experience requests were not confirmed upfront and were missing in our file. We did receive a note informing us of an employee no longer being with the company and 2 out of office emails from other staff members prior to arrival. The staff seemed not properly informed/trained on the “circus dinner experience”. The tour operator for the Angkor Temple is fantastic and can be highly recommended.

They whole experience was wonderful. The staff were courteous and helpful, the suite was spacious and clean, and the pool was stunning. I can’t recommend staying here enough
