Country House 'Uriges Landhäuschen' with Private Garden, Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Located in Siegsdorf, this cozy country house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house features a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed, and another very small room with a single bed and a small sofa that can be converted into a bed. This additional room is ideal for children, but not suitable for adults, and is only accessible through the bedroom. The house is especially suitable for solo travelers and couples or for a family with up to two small children, but not for four adults. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby cot is also available.



The house has a garden equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.



As guests, you receive the Chiemgau Card, which gives you access to numerous free highlights such as cable cars and swimming pool entries.



The proximity to the A8 motorway ensures excellent transport connections and makes it easy to take trips in the area. However, traffic noise is clearly audible outside. Therefore, the accommodation is less suitable if you value peace and quiet in the garden and are not mainly planning excursions.



Free parking and a covered storage area for skis, bicycles, and motorcycles are available. Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed. Digital check-in is possible between 3 p.m. and midnight, check-out until 10 a.m.
