"The location of Mercure City hotel is perfect, with easy access to train station (very short walk), buses and walking distance to Nijmegen center. I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights as I had training at Radboudumc. The hotel is clean, safe and has good food options for breakfast and dinner (during weekdays). I would definitely stay again at Mercure City Nijmegen Centre Hotel. "

"Great location, reasonable price and right above a cool bar/town square area, but there were very limited facilities provided in the room. No soap, glasses or hairdryer etc, so make sure to bring your own! My main issue with the room (12) however was that there was a large gap in the ceiling that opened up to an attic area with velux windows built in. Initially this seemed like a cool design feature, until we were woken up at the crack of dawn by the sunlight beaming on to the bed. In my opinion, an addition of a complimentary eye mask and ear plugs would be very beneficial in the room!"

"I loved the historical nature of this hotel. It was formerly an orphanage and it has been restored to reflect that. The rooms are small, basically the width of a king size bed, (which was gorgeously comfortable), though there was a shower and sink in the room as well. The toilets are down the hall. The rooms are dead quiet, as you are encased by thick walls. There are a few plaques around the hotel to tell of its former life. The hotel is situated right in the centrum, behind the old church, and spitting distance from Venlo's shopping, going out area. Loved it. 5 stars. "

"We had stayed at this hotel before and retuning it was as good as we remembered. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the breakfast buffet is excellent, the restaurant served very good food and last but not least the staff are so friendly. Would certainly recommend and we will be back again."

"Perfect location for traveling to the airport, however, I would highly recommend booking a taxi well in advance as when we arrived all local services said they were full. Luckily the hotel reception team could be reach via phone and managed to find another company for us. "
