Most everything was fine. The breakfast was a little lacking. There were no eggs and there is quite a wait if someone wants toast or waffles. The only other thing that I noticed was there were short black hairs on the bed when my daughter turned back her blankets to get in bed, and the same hairs were present on the bathroom floor on the edges. I think you guys should vacuum more often. The customer service was perfect, and the room was nice overall. We also enjoyed the pool and workout center.

Rooms and lobby were attractive and updated, and room was very clean. My room was extremely quiet. The only suggestion I have would be to have a vegetarian protein souce for breakfast available.

Room was not as clean as I think it should be. Difficult to get code for internet, had to go out to desk !! Ugh. Pool was not working. Bathroom sink spigot made horrible noise when trying to use cold water. Buffet was less than wonderful. Cold eggs and sausage. Only two of each left. Was not refilled. Decaf coffee was good but almost empty. Got two cups out. Told girl at desk that it was empty. She was not pleasant. Took coffee carafe and didn’t replace. Obviously no one was restocking the buffet. Asked the dark haired at girl at the front desk if we got a discount for pool not work. She said NO !! I asked for manager, of course they were not available. For the price we paid, we should not have these problems!! Hampton hotels used to be night to stay at. This is second hotel we have had issues with poor management

Very nice and remodeled hotel. Only disappointment is 1 ice machine worked and was located on the 3rd floor. We stayed in the first floor. Quite an inconvenience.

Hotel stay
Came in town for a friends wedding and wanted somewhere with a pool and complimentary breakfast in the morning. They had both. Staff was very welcoming, room was clean, pool was great, and breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Construction going on that started prior to 7 AM. Cable wasn’t working. Smoke alarms started malfunctioning at 3AM so they went off every15- 30 minutes and were still malfunctioning when I left at 6. The front desk staff was obviously frazzled so they curtly told me they couldn’t give me credit since I booked through Expedia.

Tv didn’t work properly. Sink was clogged and full of dirty water which was there the moment I checked in and never drained. Called front desk. No resolution offered. Also informed again at check out. “Sorry” was all I received. Stay elsewhere

Unfortunate timing
Booked a stay back in November and when we arrived we learned the hotel was under renovation and there was no notice of this, seemingly a third of the parking was blocked by construction equipment, there were no working ice machines available and in the room the mini fridges had been removed, while the staff couldn’t control this and It would’ve been nice for some sort of notice to this the staff were still friendly as could be and amazing to every degree

Avoid --- At least for the near future
I had 7 rooms at this location.... experiences ranged from OK to TERRIBLE! This property is undergoing renovations, I was unaware until we arrived. A few of the rooms were ok, my room smelled like a workout area. My bosses room was located on the 2nd floor which was in complete shambles. He thinks he may be the only person on that floor and the construction workers apologized to him. The worst however is that one of my co-workers rooms had bed bugs. This was confirmed after a trip to her DR. after she arrived home. This was completely unexpected from a Hampton Inn.

Nice area and community. Friendly and helpful staff. In the midst of a remodeling project... lobby and rooms do not look like pics! Room was in poor condition. Needed cleaned, repaired and updated. May be part of their remodel but they should have started with the rooms! Over priced for the conditions. Overall disappointed. Hope things improve.

Your front desk clerk was amazing!! I am having a hard time in life right now but starting something new, today and finding my fresh breath, it has been tough And when I entered tonight she was calm, friendly and attentive with a quick display of your ammenties and neat things nearby that she shared over eye contact and a smile, with a smile that showed me I mattered Her five minutes of premier customer service made a huge impact on my stay and quality tonight, thank you guys 👋

The room had a musty odor. The toilet seat wasn't tightly installed, kept moving around while sitting on it. The place was under renovations, we ended up checking out around 10:30 am Saturday even though we were supposed to stay until Sunday 😕😕

Property is a total construction zone. Tape on doors to indicate room numbers. Folding tables set up for check in. Folding tables in breakfast area. Construction workers and equipment everywhere. Lobby restrooms closed. Old food was in our refrigerator upon check in - disgusting. Plus - they charged $25 more for pet than what your site noted. We would have stayed at a different property had we known the price difference.

My husband and I booked here for a 2 night stay. We had stayed in the past several times and always had a positive experience. This time was the complete opposite. Positives: check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The swimming pool was warm and our room was clean. Negatives: construction/remodel was everywhere. The entire lobby was torn out with plastic hanging up to block off different areas. There was drywall dust and paint fumes throughout the building. We were given a room on the 3rd floor that was supposed to be "away from the noise." It was very outdated, the lights were dim, the tv had spots all across the screen, the mattress bowed in the enter and the sheets seeemed too small as they kept coming off the corners of the bed and rolling up. We were woken up early the first morning by the construction noise and the second morning by housekeeping. The fire alarm went off twice during our stay. The entrance/exit was blocked off when it was time to check out so we had to walk way around the building in the rain, carrying our luggage as you couldn't get a luggage cart through the maze of hanging plastic and power cords, to get to our vehicle. Then, when we asked to speak with a manager we were told that she would be given our name and number and would call us but we never heard from her.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Erin. The afternoon shift manager was a gem. Expedia majorly screwed up the bookings, and she fixed it all. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with Expedia trying to explain the situation and got nowhere. I ended up canceling the rooms, and Erin rebooked them for us. I booked a handicap room thru Expedia. There were no handicapped rooms. Expedia booked 8 rooms for one night. I needed three rooms for multiple nights. Will not book rooms thru Expedia again. The hotel waived all the late cancels for 8 rooms we did not need. I even called Expedia twice to confirm rooms.

Unsatisfactory stay.
We were not informed that rooms would only be cleaned if we requested. Had to request towels, garbage bags. They requested for us to put our dirty towels and garbage out side our room and it would be picked up, which is was. The toilets were kids size approximately 12 inches from the floor. We are seniors, and my husband could not use it. The room we requested was unable (2 queens) we settled on a king. Men’s Hall rest room with larger toilets was out of order, so my husband had to use the womens. TV did not work with the remote. Used the manual buttons to turn on, change channels and sound. Not convenient and hard to do. We stayed at this hotel numerous times and were satisfied. Unfortunately not this time. Never again.

What I didn't like, was my reservation being cancelled. I called the Inn on Tuesday and told them that I couldn't make the Wed. stay, as my husband was dying. I was told he would cancel the Wed. and make Thursday the check in. My husband died that evening. When I got up the next morning, I saw that our reservation was gone. Hampton Inn was nice enough to make me a new reservation at the Expedia price.
