I had an upgrade and used the Spa and Gym as well as the pool which was welcoming after being in the sun. The staff were fab, very friendly and considerate, couldn't do enough, always helpful. Food was also delicious, Ishani looked after us throughout, always with a smile on her face. Initially I thought I should have gone further South but once we got yo the Hotel it is a perfect location. The staff was incredible and there was always someone wanting to know how the stay was going and if they could assist with anything to make the stay even more comfortable. It was so nice of the hotel to also provide packed hot breakfast for three of us for our early morning departure. "Beautiful place in mid of the jungle, lush greenery around, all types of plants inside the property and westeghat view from the resort. Maintained natural beauty with lots of tree and bee hives. Hotel Supriya International Sirsi"Large property, nice updated lobby. We stayed in a Deluxe room. While the actual room was updated, nice and clean, the bathroom was a mess. Extremely outdated, dark, not enough light. No shower door so it was essentially one large "wet" room with no area to dress or dry area. All my clothes and dry towel got wet. For an "International" hotel, bathroom was clearly not. Also, they blamed expedia for a wrong pic showing a Deluxe room with shower glass seperator."
