The receptionist questioned whether the reservation was really theirs and tried to verify their phone number unnecessarily, even though it clearly matched the booking. "Great value! Rooms are clean and up to date. Food is decent and along with the drinks, very reasonably priced. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I’d booked somewhere else in Kuta (Eden) but after digging deeper into the reviews, I’d realised there was something dodgy with its Star rating as the ones with actual stories to tell were negative and had pictures of the real room quality. The Kuna is genuinely lovely if you are looking for quality on a budget. "
