"Hotel was beautiful. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was fantastic and the bed inviting. However, their bed pillows were overly firm and large. They contributed to the worst sleep I’ve had in a long time. "

"This hotel is listed as recommended for families but it is completely inappropriate for families. Our room was right over a main road and we can hear noise from the traffic from the passing cars and trucks all night long and partially between 8-11pm. There is a window between the bathroom and the bedroom so the light needs to remain off in the middle of the night and there are two windows from our room to the hallway so anyone in the hallway can see shadows and lights in our room and the lights...
