The location was beautiful, the rooms were perfect, but what made this resort so great was the service! When an electrical breaker malfunctioned in our room, Dream, Siam, and their manager, Yao, went above and beyond our expectations! They made sure that our stay was special.
The breakfast buffet each morning was very nice. The fire show on the beach (free for guests) was awesome. And the onsite restaurant had a good variety of food, and it was nice to sit on the patio and watch the ocean waves.
The next time we are in Thailand, this will be the place we stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Nap Patong Hotel. The hotel was very clean, serene, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeted us with warm smiles, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is perfect—close to everything you might need, including shops, restaurants, and the beach. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay. 😊

Room was excellent (16th floor) with views to the sea. Great breakfast selection from the 19th floor open terrace. Very nice and clean pool. the hotel is about 7 minutes walk from Phuket old town. The staff were brilliant - very helpful at all times.
