"Lovely owner & lovely grounds. Sadly the shower cut out every time we used it resulting in a blackout of electricity. Sometimes this would return after 2 minutes sometimes 10 minutes. We stayed 9 days. "

"I booked standard rooms but found out there are small rooms (and were designed for accompanied people such as tour guides or drivers). Our rooms are hidden at the backyard and we can't see any view from the room. They made my wife and i an amazing breakfast and offered to cooked lunch and dinner. We opted to try some of the local food for lunch and dinner. "I highly recommend this hotel, especially as a first timer like myself. My room was spacious, and very comfortable throughout the evening. The hotel is tucked in a little bit, away from the Main Street (Thapae), but walkable to everything East and West.
Noot (front desk) and the entire staff were very accommodating. Noot specifically went far and beyond, offering various activities for me daily and speaks very good English, too. I look forward to staying here again. "

We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. That improved overall ranking fr 2 to 5."
