"Very comfortable room. Bed and pillows were outstanding. Staff was friendly, maintenance staff, don’t know his name was kind and helped us with our door. For some reason our key card didn’t work. I had to go to front desk to get new cards. I don’t know if it’s the lock on the door, but it takes three tries to get in. "

"Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield area. "

"Nice stay, the room and other spaces were clean and up-to-date, the bed was comfortable. The room I had was not fancy but perfectly adequate. Hotel was quiet when I was there. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was simple but tasty and convenient. Overall a nice experience at a reasonable rate."

"Garbage can could be moved so not by door. Kind of in the way as you are trying to get into door and always over flowing with stinky garbage and cigarettes. "
