"I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Amman for four nights and overall it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check in was smooth, and every interaction with the front desk felt friendly and well handled. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, elegant, and very comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Security is clearly taken seriously and that added a lot of peace of mind throughout the stay. The hotel feels very safe, well organized, and professionally managed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the general facilities met a high standard. One small note for improvement: the hair dryer in my room was not working very well. It wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect my overall experience, but it’s worth mentioning. Overall, this was a great stay and I would happily recommend Hilton Amman to anyone visiting the city. "You will feel secure at this resort. It is like a fortress. Their security is probably bettter than the airport. Metal detectors, X-ray for the luggage, security gate, high walls. View of the Dead Sea and pool is amazing. Excellent restaurants"

Gulf carts readily available to take one around the property which is quite large. Also enjoyed the spa, felt very pampered. Overall, wonderful stay. Highly recommend."

"It would be difficult I think to find anything offensive about this property and in the unlikely event you did I suspect they would clear it up before you even could finish noting it. This place is fantastic. The space, the amenities, the felling of security, the location for what we were after, and most of all by the staff who make this a luxurious and sophisticated stay that is still oddly comfortable. I don’t often stay in Four Seasons. But if they were all like this I might. Wonderful property with what appears equally excellent management and staff the property has a right to be proud of. This place is a keeper. "
