Our door had a 1” plus gap at the bottom and a partial gap along the bottom of the vertical edge. It closed and locked. Fortunately there wasn’t much traffic in the hallway.

Great place! i will come again that’s for sure. Comfortable beds and good shower pressure, You will be glad you stayed here.

Overall it is a nice upscale hotel with good size rooms and nice views, if the room is on higher floors. The rooms need to be renovated. Shower stall leaked due to poor seals next to the wall enclosure. I expect a lot more for a 5-star hotel at the exorbitant prices that they charge. Do not eat at the restaurants in this hotel. The food is less than average and overpriced. Service is not good and they automatically add a minimum of 18% service charge regardless of the size of your party or the service they provide.

The hotel staff were brilliant, service was good. A couple of points to note which were not deal breakers but perhaps can be improved. The door to our room was too short and noise insulation was bad. We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy. Clean, spacious rooms. Walked everywhere from this location. Loved the kitchen in the room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
