Location was nice… expected rooms to be more modern. The hallway carpet on 2nd flr had an odor.
The only thing I had a problem with is the elevator was dirty and the area in front of the elevator on first floor had something spilled and it was still there when we checked out. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, loved the shower, the room could’ve used a little deeper cleaning. I would stay here again because it wasn’t disgustingly dirty just need some tlc.
Musty smells ,,needs to be remodeled updates to mattresses for sure was a rough nite

Breakfast was ok, but could be better, no bacon .
Was decent not any 3 star. The staff was pleasant, had hot water for showers.

Stayed here for a 70th birthday. We had two rooms booked and one smelled horrible. Under the bed was full of trash and carpets were stained. The furniture was falling apart in one room. I was not impressed with this hotel.
Check in was horrible. However, it wasn't the hotel's fault but rather Hotels.com. Hotels.com failed to submit our reservation to the hotel so the hotel did not have the reservation upon attempting to check in. The hotel staff and manager were extremely helpful and we were eventually able to check in but not before having to contact Hotels.com to have them send the reservation to the hotel.

Horrible management 95 degree rooms
110 degrees outside and they don't have the AC turned on in the rooms. This is absurd. A long day at work in the field in 110 degree weather only to get to a hotel tired and wanting to sleep, yet every room is 95 degrees inside cause management doesn't want to at least keep the window units on a low setting this is inexcusable and borderline damaging to people's health/wellbeing. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It took 2 hours to get the room temperature down to 75 degrees which is still hotter than I normally run my house. Front desk lady was very nice. However, it was not her decision she said that's how management decides to run their hotel.
The guy that checked us in was great! Wished they would have had a snack pantry, but they only had vending machines. The breakfast was also extremely lacking and disappointing ☹️ but the room was nice and spacious and the ac worked GREAT!

The bathroom was outdated, the breakfast was not good they served eggs no bacon, sausage No yogurt etc….. I was disappointed
Property refuses to refund money for unexpectedly having to check out a day early for both rooms. Black mold in bathroom and never any ice in machine. Very disappointing !!
Check in person was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Then things went downhill. Basically no breakfast even after asking for more eggs twice. They would only put out a couple of items if you asked. The ice machine worked the first evening and not any more after that. I reported it three times but no help. When you choose a place to stay that has the amenities you intend to use you expect them to be there. we were there three days riding motorcycles, and no ice machine! If you’re OK with dry cereal and marginally fresh milk, you’ll be OK for breakfast.
Filthy rooms. First one was so bad I rejected it. Second room was disgusting too. Stains all over the floors, brown stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Smells musty/moldy. Used shampoo bottles that have been refilled. Boogers on ceiling above the bed. Absolutely disgusting. Too bad holiday in is booked full tonight.
Front desk guy was always MIA. Pool was disgusting, hot tub was even worse. Breakfast was subpar. Ran out of coffee and it was never refilled. For the price of the room I was quite disappointed.
This was my second stay and I enjoyed it just like last time. Manager always has a smile and friendly. It was a storm approaching the Louisiana area so I wasn’t surprised with the amount of people that arrived the next day.

It was fine for a one night stop-over stay. It seemed to be clean. I would not choose this hotel for an extended stay. The only part that was really bad was the bed and pillows. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were small squares.
The manager was nice. Everything was good except you could tell there were a lot of smokers around. I could tell my room wasn’t exactly sanitized from the bathroom and the smell but I’m an ocd healthcare worker so I had my sanitizing agents with me. But the room was comfortable
Clean hotel with a great breakfast. The check in person at the front desk when we arrived that night was not exactly friendly and there were 2 light bulbs missing in our room.

Ac didnt work but they gave me a box fan microwave didnt work in the room either
I have never met a more rude and hateful and disrespectful manager of a hotel than the one here at this Sleep Inn. I don’t understand why certain people go into Customer Service when they can’t show others any respect. I am going to make sure that I put it on every review page that this manager does not deserve to receive any kind of paycheck for being so disrespectful. DO NOT STAY HERE!

you were ask to leave the hotel for using bad language. and unnecessary racist comments I think you forgot to add that on your comment section that why you were remove from hotel on first place.
we do put customer service on first place at our hotel but we do have 0 tolerance policy for any type of misbehave and abusing language use of racist comments and we do have to remove guest from hotel if they behave like you did on your stay
