We had no hot water during stay. Phones in room did not work so could not call front desk with questions or if there had been an emergency. Parking was limited due to construction containers throughout parking areas.

The room was clean. The hotel itself was clean. The cleaning staff were very nice and courteous and helpful. I have limited walking mobility. I asked for a room on the first floor by the lobby, or any floor next to an elevator they gave us an assessable room around the corner, and at the very end of the hall from the elevator, I didn’t ask for assessable room. First night I tried to call the front desk around 920 and tried to almost 10 o’clock, and never received an answer. It kept switching me over to the main reservation number, where people who answer this line are not even located in the hotel.

This is my main Hotel that frequently use when i visit my family. Its easy access too I-20 East or West bound, my check in is always pleasant with the staff aka (Donna) took special of my disability request. I just book 2 more nights at the end of the month.5 Star Services

Great stay...only.......
Last minute stay for NYE. Great price, great location, excellent costumer service. We unfortunately didnt have hot water, thought through the night when i was trying to wash my hands, but chaled it up to so many people staying for NYE. Realized when we got up to take showers before we left, that in fact we didnt have hot water. Let it run for several minutes got luke warm, but hardly that. Luckily we were going home right away. When we checkout and informed front desk, they apologized and let us know to contact Hotels.com and they would help with a partial refund. We did and was gave refunded, no problem.

I really loved everything about my stay. The area was nice. The entire hotel was clean. The service was great. But the pillows and beds could have been much better. Even with the bed and pillows my next stay would be with them.

My room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty, with mold in the shower. There was dust and dirt throughout my room, which made for a very poor travel experience for my wife and me. I had booked a handicap-accessible room, but due to my late check-in I was not able to get it changed. I paid way too much for a room that wasn't clean. The front desk told my wife that someone would contact us the morning to get our room changed, but they did not. I am beyond disappointed with my Hilton stay.

Nice weekend stay.
We went for the weekend to go watch our granddaughter in a dance Recital. Had a nice trip and the room was very nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. We stay at the Hilton everytime we are in Bossier City, LA.

The staff was very friendly. Honestly that was the best part of the hotel. There was an odor in our room that I could not allow myself to enjoy although my little one had a great time jumping on bed watching television, but It really had 2 types of Lysol and that still did not help with the scent.

I stay here every time I come to Bossier but this room was terrible. The toilet ran for 2 days and the A/c was so loud. Everything else was great!
