Apartments in Shoresh

"Only good things to say. The place is spotless and beautiful. The host is very responsive. We’ll stay there again."

"The location of the apartment is excellent. And there is private parking, which is very important in this area of Jerusalem. Right next to the city center and the train. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. Communication with the host was only through messages and not directly to a phone number. It is not so convenient when you need an immediate solution...

"Wonderful appartment. Great neighbourhood. Unfortunately the stove did not work and it was impossible to reach the owner. But it was a good stay nevertheless."

"The property was clean and was comfortable for 5 people. We stayed for 10 days and we loved it. The description in the website were accurate and the staff was really nice and accommodating. The mattresses weren't very comfy but they were good enough. Location was great. Will totally come again with my family. Thanks for hosting us!"

"Good"

"This place was not what we expected. It was quite expensive, the beds were uncomfortable and there was a strange smell (like bleach) the whole time. It did not feel very clean on arrival. The location is good but I cannot recommend this place to others."

"Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to buses. Welcoming hosts who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable."

"Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR. Do not be fooled by the price. It was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE."

"Unbeatable location"

"Nice apartment and building, relatively new clean room was big enough for a family, new appliances, nothing was missing great customer service!"

"Beautiful new great customer service Location was great for us could be for many"

"The room was pretty nice and the staff was amazing and always ready to help at all times with quick responses. The best part for me was the location! "

" DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They will take your money and then have to rent another place. I was not able to spend one night there."

"This is a great apartment! Centrally located, furnished with everything you would need, very modern, excellent communication with owners-would definitely stay here again!"
