"Condo is very retro (dated), but was in quite nice condition for the age of the property. It was very clean, and had a sauna and jacuzzi. The kitchen was stocked with what you would need if you chose to make meals in the condo. There were extra blankets, sheets, and pillows if using the fold-out couches. Many restaurants were located nearby, and there was also a nearby grocery store. The downside is the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Other than that, we saw deer, relaxed in the pool/hot tub, enjoyed the sauna, and had a great time!"

"We loved our stay so much. Katrina was great with communicating before we arrived. The home was really lovely and sweet. One bedroom is really dark at night and the bed was incredible - making sleeping perfect! The homes location has the perfect view that melts all your stress and worries away. It’s a great time to sit outside, watch the river and birds, and unwind. Shoals is such a sweet little town - Faytastic pizza and Velma’s delivered up some wonderful meals. The rock formations and scenery around Shoals and on the road to the home provided beautiful sites along the way."
