"Clean, somewhat quiet, great staff, reasonable price. Lots of construction workers staying there, gets noisy at 5 AM when they're up, and leaving for work."

"Everything was clean and that is most important for me and those who travel with me. Host real quick to respond to any situation. Loved it! The phone reception if that is real important to u is limited but it did not matter to me. If this was my rental I would put a little focus on the outside and keep everything cut, like the grass and make sure there is nothing to trip on if you come in at dark. There are some nails on the front door that need to be nailed down. Cobwebs should be attended to, for guest that freak out on everything. I would definitely book this property again in the future because it gave everything I needed to have a great night and rest well. The faucet in the tub needs some attention so someone does not break that fixture off. Thank you and I plan to be back! Great place all around!!!"

"They were very easy to talk to and help you with anything. They even brought us some of the tomatoes when they picked them. It was beautiful and quiet out here. It wasn’t exactly what we thought we were getting, but we loved it anyway!! If you want something cheap and clean, this is the place for you!! We really enjoyed our time there and loved exploring Petit Jean Mountain, Mt. Nebo and Lake Dardanelle. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you!! We also visited the Automobile Museum. I didn’t get any pics of the house or the lake behind it. But I took pics of where we explored. Thanks, Joey and Tisha"

"Absolutely wonderful place to rest in a beautiful setting! Everything is very well designed for a great stay and, while we only had 2 people, can easily accommodate more folks. We didn’t get to try out the pool or go to the lake, so we will do that next time we come. Thank y’all for letting us stay!"

"We had an amazing stay! The room was very clean and comfortable! The staff were very friendly! I think the price was reasonable and we were super close to a lot of fast food places! Definitely booking again! :)"

"Such a cute cabin tucked away in the woods but close enough to the water. All the normal amenities that you would expect in a home, great WiFi, washer dryer, stove, fridge etc but the best feature is the 4 head spa shower with enough water pressure to run all 4 at once if you wanted to. I had a sinus headache and it helped so much to stand in the shower with all the hot water and humidity. Outside of the cabin, there’s a fire pit and a quietness that you’re not going to find in the city. You might hear a rooster crowing in the distance or a boat on the lake but overall you can sit outside and enjoy the quietness of nature. You can explore a bit in the woods and see a dry creek bed or just walk around. Owners/Hosts are super close if something comes up and are very responsive to messages. Overall we had a great time and will definitely book again if we come out that way again."
