From clean comfortable rooms, fantastic staff which was always available and helpful, a breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. It has a beautiful swimming pool and a stunning view over the lake. Can’t wait to go visit again!

This hotel is an hidden gem. It was Stunningly, beautiful, with amazing staff! Elegant with a gorgeous view, very clean, with welcoming and extremely helpful staff, food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Albania!

The Views!

We really loved this hotel, brilliant views, great staff, easy to get to the lakeside. Our one comment for feedback would be that we would like to specifically order breakfast items, the hotel only brought out what they had planned for breakfast, our only choice was the eggs, and even then we didn’t realise an omelette would be included. I think giving customers the ability to order what they want is better.

New, clean and modern Hotel. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes and is modern, tasty but reasonable prices. Rooms are modern, huge and equipped with all needed. Full minibar and comfortable beds. Little nosy due to the restaurant below but staff was friendly to make it more quiet in the morning. The view from the room and spacious terrace is nice. Parking is free and three park decks are available.

AMAZING PLACE! Absolutely fabulous 6 star hotel! Views to die for! Very friendly and helpful staff. Choose car park 2 to park which is closest to hotel and undercover.

Mycket fint hotell med en fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Fint poolområde, trevlig personal och utsökt mat i restaurangen. Hotellet ligger uppe på ett berg och vägarna dit är mycket branta.
